Honoring my little Egyptian goddessesI really love this product & find it a fitting tribute to the memory of my beloved companions. I recently lost my beloved Lucy to spinal cancer (only 8yrs) two days before Christmas and ordered this online. It was surprising elegant and just the right size to fit the cremation container that came in. When my Bonnie passed away unexpectedly a few weeks ago, I didn't hesitate to order a second one. This second arrived in the mail before the ashes from the crematorium arrived. The only thing buyers should be aware of, is that the head/lid doesn't seal. The head lid sits loosely on top, so I wouldn't leave loose ashes in it unless you want to glue it shut.
Perfect
The jar is a beautifully done piece of art. The colors and carvings take one right to Ancient Egypt. I purchased this jar to hold the ashes of my beloved cat, Boots. I had fully expected to search for days to find the "perfect" vessel. I was amazed and pleased when it was so easy to find what I had envisioned to hold her.
Perfect.....
I recently had to part with a feline friend of mine and this seemed to be a perfect urn for her cremated remains. I was extremely impressed with the quality and detail in this piece. It is not bronze, of course, but the details are done right. You can not beat the price for the product!!! Trust me I have seen thousands of urns costing much more and do not look half as nice as this one. As a collector piece, it also is amazing. Anyone who loves Egyptian items, you can not go wrong with these canopic jars. I can only assume that the other 3 are just as nice so I will be ordering the entire set!!!!

Inside tomb two, the remains of three individuals were discovered, two of which were cremated while the third was buried. The cremated remains are most likely one male owing to the shape of the urn in which they were found, and a woman as those remains
